To apply the tax rules, anyone can use R+D services provided by persons who belong exclusively to under the non-corporation tax, such as universities. Naturally it can be accomplished besides their own R+D work. The business concept is based on a package of R+D complex service in which big companies can profit from the reduction of new R+D legal tax through non-profit organizations of university R+D. In addition, for big companies it is a great opportunity to fulfil corporate social responsibility goals.

Multinational companies cannot utilize tax allowances provided by the Hungarian Government because they lack a domestic development base. Their function in Hungary is manufacturing. As for the other side, to a greater extent the Government urges universities to support themselves in traditional basic research, applied research and in their financing. As a consequence of this fact, the results of research will get to market as soon as it is possible and will be applied in practice.

The third group of participants in the business model are start-up firms, operating in Hungary, based on innovation. They are underfinanced, face liquidity problems, and lack professional business planning. On their own they are unable to enter markets for new technologies and compete in terms of quality and price.

We endeavor to obtain central ( EU and domestic) funds in order to accomplish joint projects. We are going to participate in the preparation of syndicate tenders. We are going to search and apply for complementary resources for incubated spin-off firms as part of our service.
